Household articles damaged

I had given the contract for packing/transportation and delivery of my household articles from New Delhi to Kolkata to M/s. Idea Packers & Movers on 30-05 who promised delivery at Kolkata on 06-06. The delivery has been made only on 10-06 and all the major articles are damaged beyond repair. The cost of repair and transportation for repairs will be more than the actual cost of such articles.

I request you to look into the matter and also furnish me your email for me to send you copy of the complaint along with photographs.
