Home goods not received as per the deadline

On 11-Aug, I had booked transportation of my home goods from Bangalore to Hyderabad from MSL Packers and Movers based in HSR layout. Consignment number is 1001 and it is carrying 22 items. I was told the goods will be delivered on 12-Aug. Till today I have not received the goods. On 12-Aug, when I called concerned person Kesava K, after several repeated calls since morning, at last he gave me the Driver's (Ramana) number at 5:30 PM. When I called the Driver, I was told that vehicle tyres were bursted at Jadcherla 150 KMS from Hyderabad, since it is late in the evening, goods will be delivered in the morning time on 12-Aug.

I called up the same driver again today (12-Aug) morning @ 9:30 AM, I was told that he is stuck in traffic and will reach my place in Hyd in two hours timeframe. I waited for two hours and no sign/response from driver. In the meantime I got a call from another driver (Surendar Reddy) saying that the goods are in his vehicle and he will be reaching Hyderabad only in the evening (at that moment he is at Gutti almost 250 KMS from HYD). When I questioned Kesava about these two episodes, he kept on saying, "Sir, don't worry, I will have the goods delivered by evening today". I lost confidence on these packers and request my goods to be delivered before 6 PM today.
