NO RESPONSE / RESPONSIBILITY

I had booked for a new maruti wagaon r vxi model on 13/05. The dealer (extension counter of A B T Madurai Ltd) said that it would take one month. I said "No Problem"

Now it has been almose two months - i enquired about the vehicle - so that i may make arraingements for the money.

The Manager confirmed that he would deliver the vehicle withing 6 days. I asked again and again to confirm it.

I told him that "I NEED TO SELL THE VEHICLE - AND I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER VEHICLE WITH ME"

so please make sure that i get the vehicle withing the said time. he also affirmed that it will be delivered within 5 days.

and now i had sold the vehicle. unfortunately when i enquired the officer at madurai regarding this vehicle - he said that it will take at least one more month.

all that i want to know is "WHY DID THE MAN RESPONSIBLE AT KARAIKUDI SAID THAT HE WOULD DELIVER IT WITHIN 5 DAYS? "

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MISTAKE?

I NEED TO SPEND 3 DAYS WITH MY DAUGHTER AT YERCAUD FOR WHICH A VEHICLE IS A MUST.

WILL ABT BEAR THE EXPENSES?

WHY DID HE LIE?

PL get the need ful done for me to get the vehicle at once.
