UNABLE TO GET MY NEW KEYS

I WAS GIVEN ORDER FOR NEW SET OF KEYS BEFORE 3 MONTHS BACK AT ABT MARUTI-TIRUPUR FOR MY SWIFT-VDI CAR (TN49AA3300). I WAS ASKED BY THE SERVICE CENTER TWICE IN 50 DAYS TO GET MY KEY AND I TOO WENT, BUT THERE WAS SOME REGISTERATION PROBLEN IN GETTING MY KEYS AND IM UNABLE TO GET THE KEYS STILL NOW. I DONNO WHATS HAPPENING AT MARUTI? THIS IS THE MOST POOR SERVICE I GOT SINCE LAST 10 YEARS AS A MARUTI CUSTOMER. IS IS POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET THE KEYS OR NOT? THIS IS THE ONLY REPLY I WANT FROM YOUR SIDE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS KNOWN AS COMMITED TO CUSTOMERS POLICY OR WHAT? REPLY AT YOUR EARLIEST AND TRY TO RECTIFY THE SAME AT YOUR EARLIEST.
