Non issuance of Gas cylinde

I, Dadasaheb Dnyaneshwar Thombre have taken a domestic gas Cylinder connection from M/s Venkatesh Gas Agency. My customer no is – 44762. On 22/9, I requested for a cylinder. The receipt no of the request is 1819. Due to certain personal reasons, I could not pick up the gas cylinder from their godown. Next day, they told me that the receipt was valid for one day only and now I can not ask for a gas cylinder for next 21 days. I do not have any other gas cylinder. The are also refusing to accept new request for cylinder.
