Bus did not stop at Bus Stop

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took MTC Bus from Tambaram Sanatorium to TB Hospital. I bought the ticket for the TB hospital. i told the conductor to stop the bus at TB hospital. He blow the whilse for the sake of doing. i have told him immediately to stop the bus again the bus did not stop & then i finally get down in MIT bus stop & walk to my home. Adding to that that day was raining. Doing unknowingly is fine. But doing knowingly is punishable.

I believe some action will be taken against this complaint.
