RTO COMPLAINT

My complaint is against Auto rickshaw NUMBER MH 03 AK 6657. he did not agree to go where i wanted to and started fighting. when i told him come to RTO he parked the rickshaw and n told me to get down.. its a rule that they cannot deny to any passenger.
