Harassment of 74 year old single lady with luggage by prepaid taxi drive

Dear Sir

I am a 74 year old lady. I took a prepaid taxi from Mumbai International Airport who charged me Rs 300/- for drop to my residence at New MHADA colony Dindoshi. He brought me to Dindoshi bus depot and refued to go any further to my residence, which is also actually in Dindoshi. He demanded Rs 55/- more. I was with luggage, and he shamelessly asked me to get off. I had to.

It was an airconditioned blue Maruti Omni. The registration number was either 9058 or 5098. I boarded the taxi at 13:40 hrs at International airport.

Kindly take action against this person. He is spoiling the name of Mumbai, and our country. If he does this to a single old lady, I shudder to think what he does to others.
