Change of arrival platform without intimation

Respected Sir/Madam,

On 30th May I Arjun Mishra was waiting with many others on platform 6

at Bhayander station where the indicator showed 10:04 a.m. Dadar.

Suddenly all of us realize that the same local arrives on platform no. 4 with no

announcement whatsoever and the indicator unchanged.

Due to this a few people crossed the tracks in desperation and rest of us where

left stranded on platform no. 6 with the indicator now changed to 10:17

Churchgate and the crowd now double and desperate.

I went to the station master but no one was taking responsibility, only a

collective complaint was taken.

Now, the next train is of 10:17 Churchgate on platform no. 6 and after that

10:36 Dadar on platform no. 4 with nothing else in between except for a 10:29

Borivali which is of no use.

So when the 10:17 local came people just went mad and rushed into it with most

of them leaning outside and i saw two of them losing hold and falling on the

platform right in front of me, I really wonder how many would have fallen in

between when the train left the platform.

Who is going to take responsibility for all these, already there is a dearth of

trains from Bhayander and on top of that this.

Is really no one bothered what happens to the common man??

I am expecting a reply on this or kindly guide me to the authority who can take

action on this.

Also I have marked Daily News and Analysis (DNA) in cc as it is the prominent

newspaper in Mumbai and pays heed on the issues of the common man.

I hope DNA officials make sure this issue is not left unattended.

Today was a sad day, more than the disrespect to time it was horrible to see

the disrespect of human lives.
