Faulty meter and rude behaviou

On Monday 20.12.2010 I took a taxi from Lokmanya Tilak Termius to Nerul, normal meter reading is 22-24 on 20.12.2010 for taxi MH01-JA-886 meter reading was 32 and also taxi driver cheated me of Rs.500 extra, I could not argue much as my infant kid and wife were with me and I also have to pay lot of attention to them. Request to revoke licence of Taxi MH01-JA-886
