Not delivery at right time & right place

Dear Sir,

This is Shanmugam from Konambedu near Avadi. I am your consumer for more than 6 years.

We are purchasing the domestics LPG cylinders from MV Enterprises, Avadi.

My Account number is 24983.

Consern-1

We have booked the new cylinder on 23rd March (Over 44 days) Still we are not received the same.

Consern-2

The delivery man is not delivery the cylinder to home. He put all the cylinders at common place, it around 1Km from my house. We need to carry the cylinder from that common place and replace the same. He keeps the cylinders at common place at 10:00 AM.

So we need to take leave for office when need to replace the same.

Please advise us what we need to do, shall we take legal action?

Please do the needful.
