Non receipt of Cylinder even after repeated reminders

My customer care No.35029, I booked my cylinder on 8.12.09, but they have booked on 11.12.09 bearing Cash Memo No.4817, but even after repeated reminder by phoned and direct person to the company they are saying we will receive tommorow, but many tommorrow has gone, but still we have not yet received cylinder. They are telling to ask the delivery boy he is only responsible and not the company.

Mr. Ellumalai delivery boy for the past three weeks he is not seen in our area nor any substitue person in our area.

M V Enterprises, Avadi (Near avadi Market) - is not responding properly all the times. This happens not now but every month this is the problem we face the phones are always busy not they are responding to the calls and their reply is very harsh to us.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
