New AltoK10 car purchase issue

Dear Sir,

I need your support & help on above issue, please go through the below issue details.

I Shrikant Patil book my AltoK10 car from My Car Pune wakad on 13Nov10, my loan & remaining payment are completed to MyCar till 6Dec10. I was waiting for car delivery with all formalities & passing, on

9th Dec10 I came to know from My Car that Car got accident. There is major damage with car first look I saw car has a large dent in between side doors, the adjoining floor and the frame structure underneath on driver side and also involved in a frontal crash, damaging the front bumper radiator and other routings nearby. The radiators had such a strong impact that it is now struck up on the engine assembly. Dealer & concern person are admitted for accident & they offering me vehicle with repair. But as we had paid for new vehicle & want new vehicle. No senior most in-charge at the dealership bothered to talk to us even after such an incident, this shows type of service & caring they offer to customer.

So now I am really suffering on my new car delivery, I booked new so I need new car not accident one. I discussed with My Car Pune employees sales executive, TL, Sales manager but I haven’t got any confirmation on my new car delivery demand, they have asked me to wait till Monday 13th Dec10 for their status update. Now I am really getting suffered as paid full amount for the car but still nothing is committed to me. I am really disappointed on service & response to customer. After paying the cost of a brand new car we don't want a repaired vehicle in return

I request you to look into it & take appropriate immediate action to get my new car delivery
