My RC was not received

I registered my new bike on Date: 15/01,

Reciept No: R05/1775259

Regn No: AP10 AT 2282

Sno: 3685374,

I did not recieve registration card till now. I went to Kharkhana office for enquiry3 to 4 times, they given false information that the card will be issued in Khairatabad office, I went to Khairatabad office to enquire about my registration, those people are saying that vechile registrated at Secunderabad office so Secunderabad is responsible for issuing card. I will put leave to my work two times ..RTA guys are so irresponsible .. Please issue my Registration card ASAP as i cleared my loan from shriram but due to non receipt my veichle registration till today they have not issued NOC. Higher authorirties please look in to the matter other wise i had to approach legally for this issue. please up date on my mail id sudershanca@yahoo.com and my mobile no. 9573026453.
