Poor qlty and non functional items

I ordered a package of car vacuum cleaner tool kit Dent remover from NAAPTOL.COM. My order number was 818273 and order value was Rs 2199.00. I was disappointed to see quality of the products. The car scratch remover failed to remove even smallest scratches, vacuum cleaner was not sucking anything at all and in the tool kit screw driver was freely rotating on its axis. All of the three products were of no use and of extremely poor quality. When i informed customer executive of Naaptol.com about the issue and asked about the cash refud procedure then he said only replacement is possible for the products and i have to bear cost of transportation. I regret to say if such is the quality of products then these people should stop the business of online fraud.
