They selling worth less uncondition products

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Saravanan from chennai, my order no 2196473 after seeing the advertisement I got attracted the naaptol offer regarding a Car Compressor Kit I have purchased from Naaptol. I received the parcel on 12-11 from Gati courier I paid the amount Rs. 2198/- cash. and after opening the parcel I found that unconditioned items. i really disappointed with bad quality. its not worth of Rs. 2198/- with condition.

But till today i didnt received any updates from the naaptol staff regarding my money. This is a very cheap trick played by the naaptol by innocent customers with false promises and sending them cheap car compressor material in a nicely woven parcels. The govt should take actions against such companies who cheat people.
