Hello i have purchased the dent king product in napptol.com.scratch remover pen was free. i recieved my product within 3 days.but the scratch remover pen was defective so i couried to their service center on 11th april as per as there commitment through mail the defective product should be repalced and couried to my residence within 7-11 working days ..as on may 7th i hav not still recieved my product. i here by request you to please look into my matter. as many of the customers are not satisfied with naaptol.
