Delay in Delivery of Gas

Service & behavier of Nabarun Gas Service is v.very poor in supplying Indane Gas Cylinder. After delivery of Gas they book after 21 days and thereafter they will take one month time to deliver the gas. If I ask for gas after expiry of 21 30 days as above, they may tell we went but you are absent at that time. I told give me now he told another 7 days. What is the fun-I dont know with this gas agency. They never contact customer.

I have never seen such a hopeless gas agency in my last 22 years of using gas in 5 places in different states earlier. I request authority to look into this matter and take suatable action to set this agency right.
