Delay of gas and no proper responce

Respected Sir/Madam,

As i mentioned above the Gas agency is not supplying the cylinders in proper time If we book they are saying the gas ll be delivered in one week but they are taking more than 25 days to give it. Its very difficult for us so if we go and ask them in person they are not even responding us properly so kindly take some action on them.
