Cyinder delivery issues

We are facing the late delivery of cylinder issues from the day we shifted from keshopur distributor to nangloi distributor, i spent 40 mins today on 1800 number to check the status of my cylinder then i finally got a number where i could check the status, and status was it was delivered on 3 of may, we booked the cylinder on 25 of april according to that may 3th is the right time, but it was never delivered to us they have delivered to somebody else on black...

That's how things works in india, corruption is everywhere from top to bottom, i hope writing this complaint will make some different, Please take some action against these people...
