Poor Service & improper reply to the customers

Dear Sir

I have purchased an ALTO LXI model bearing No OR 02 AV 573 from Narayani Motors Pvt Ltd. Bhubaneswar. For the past 2 years I frequently go for servicing of my car there. This month my car was given for servicing on April 6. However, niether the service was good nor the response from the Customer care cell is good.

After service, the glass of Diki as well the car window opened out when the same was asked to the service person they reply very harshly & there is no redressal mechanism for customers.

Its really unfortunate to know how to contact the service people here becoz I had purchased vehicle from the same. It is wise that the Customers should handled properly & not harassed during their service 7 complaints
