DTDC was supposed to deliver the Envelope from Chennai given to them vide Docket no. C 34213947 dt. 29.04.11. Today on 7th May, they do not have the proper tracking system, and are giving telephone nos. of Thane, Fort, and, Service dept, saying that docket has been returned to Chennai. The Service is irresponsible as they do not have courtesy to call the customer on the telephone no. mentioned on the envelope, if they do not find the address. Vasant Vihar, Thane is a very reputed address, but still DTDC is not aware of the location. This is how DTDC is working.
