Violation of traffic rules and permit

Dear Sir

Shri Naresh, R/o A-287, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi -110019 having Maruti Van vide vehicle no. DL-1K-5474 using the above mentioned vehicle to carry the school children in the morning and afternoon.

I would like to draw your kind attention that Shri Naresh (above named) is also plying the above mentioned vehicle to carry the commuters between Nehru Place to Virat, Dakship Puri in the morning and evening and charging Rs.10/- per person for the above mentioned destination and also plying NCR Region as per the requirement of the commuters.

It is also to mention that his above mentioned vehicle spreading lots of black smoke in the air while plying on the road which can result into significant difficulties in breathing (“asthma attacks”), lung disease, allergies etc.

Shri Naresh is an influential person and most of his relatives working in Delhi Police either SI, ASI and so on.

You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and take action as deemed necessary
