Difficulty in recieving gas

My name is prem parkash, i booked a gas cylender on dated 31st march. and till yet i dont recieve gas... booking no.410 consumer no. T-1706 H.no. 216/8 moh. rajgharh... many times i call in the office on mob no.9466144956... yor officer says evrytime that your cylnder 'll be delivered tomarow nd also send s.m.s on both above nubmer & the mob no. 92544356573.. plz take some effective action...
