Stolen 40% items during transit

We have booked small consignment from Jaipur to Manipal vide docket number : 123-969753 dt.08/08.

When we check consignment deliver at Manipal, The 40% articles were stolen during transit and the carton was packed in way with four straps on it then clean rap was raped around with 4-5 layers, so that it should not damage during transit, but when we received the consignment carton was cut from side to take out articles and after taking-out again they stick with tape.

This is not happen first time, every time we send the consignment to Manipal then they always stole the things. Kindly inform the action was taken at corporate end, it is just killing good image of TCI group.
