BMW car No. KA-05-MW-5005 of my company namely Kuminex (P) Ltd., as its Director regrets to state that

the said vehicle was sent to replace the windshield mirror and check the faulty safetybelt system more than one month back is not attended so far. I am not receiving any convincing answers till today. My phone calls are also not attended by the Dealers' staff members.
