Supply of gas cylinders not on given time

Sir, Neelam gas agency, Sanjay colony, Sector-23 having a very poor service. People sitting in agency office doesn't pick gas booking calls & once they pic calls & book gas they say that we will get gas cylinder within 2 to 3 days at home but we never get it on time. it always takes more than 5 days to provide gas cylinder & we have to collect it from gas cylinders vehicle on various places. This really creates a lot of problems & troubles us. So kindly take needful action against Neelam gas agency.
