Regarding Bike Service

Hi every one,

This complaint is against Neo Motors (TVS Vehicle Dealers) near Bilekalli, BG Road, Bangalore. I am complaining because of the poor quality service. I have owned Apache RTR 160cc from Kubera Motors, Kormangla. But as Neo Motors is very near to my residence i am giving my vehicle for service here. I have given my vehicle for service to neo motors from past 6 months (3 Services), All the time the quality was very very poor, i have complained lot of problems to them but none of them have been rectified. As I have free service offered from TVS. this people never consider this as service they just wash the outer body & say problem has been rectified & they never change any parts like oil filter etc... but they charge for all those things.

Please help me out in this so we can (not only me but everybody) gets quality service.
