I have consulted Naptune Motors finance company (Address:- Saigopal apartments, Flat no. 201, beside Talwalkars Gym, Basheerbagh, Hyd-001) to buy 2nd hand Toyota Innova of Taxi plate last month for which they have charged 500/-rs for registration & showed me few vehicles in which i have selected one Vehicle (Toyota Innova, year 2007 registration, white color) & Neptune motors executive (name:- chakri, cont no. 9949033324) has promised that it is First hand vehicle & only run 100400 kms only so verified with local mechanis & they confirmed vehicle condition is good & they have offered for 6.5 lacs for which negotiated till 6.25 5k commission i.e., 6.30 lacs & he (netpune motors executive has very surely told that it is first hand / owner vehicle & only 1, 00, 400 kms run, so i made 50, 000/-rs (INR) advance on 20-Feb-12 (Sunday) & remaining balance 5, 80, 000/-(INR) Rs paid on 21-Feb-12 (Monday) to the executive & owner of the vehicle (Vehicle no. AP10TV1653) & after 2 days we have taken Toyota Innova Vehicle to Radhakrishna Toyota Service center where we have shocked as the service center executive has confirmed that Vehicle has run morethan 1, 84, 000 till Dec & also body repair also done.

I request you take necessary action on the company to avoid such wrong information giving to the customers & selling with high profit.
