I visited India last month for my sister marriage but was really disappointed with the customs at the baggage counter, because I was carrying few perfume bottles and also had few gadgets for personal use (iPad and Dale camera) on me infect my mobile phones what I have been using were in my hand bag as well.

And the custom office who checked my baggage at the X-ray belt on terminal three actually asked me for 50 dollars saying all this would cost more than 500 bucks... He even included stuff I have been using for peronal use... And for god sake I was traveling home for marriage won't I bring gift for under 1000 dollars...

Seriously I was amazed to see how that guy had guts to ask me for money even though we have cameras every where at terminal 3 and I paid him because I was in a rush and wanted to avoid any hassle as I had to travel down to Punjab ..

I wonder when will corruption stop in India, especially at the gates of entry to India ..
