Battery & kick problem

Resp. Sir,

I (Mrs. Madhavi Shirish Patwardhan) have purchased ‘New Honda Activa’ on 3rd August.

My vehicle No. is ‘MH 12 FN 1028’ .Vehicle was purchased (@ cost Rs.47994/-) from B.U.BHANDARI Showroom, Opp. The Poona Club, Camp 411001. The servicing of the vehicle are done in the B.U.BHANDARI service centre, East street, camp. I didn’t find any problem within first two servicing. After that the problem of getting autostart started. The vehicle has a problem to get autostart. The complaint was registered by me on the 3rd servicing. The workers did not attended me properly and gave me the reasons those did not satisfied me. The battery charging was not taking place at all. As suggested by your service centre, I visited Chandrakant, the Honda battery dealer. They sent my battery to the company but battery was not replaced. Again I visited your service centre but there was no proper response. Finally vehicle had a breakdown. So service centre workers took my vehicle and checked the battery. They told me that some acid from the battery had overflow, so the positive – negative rods of my battery were burnt completely. I myself am an electronic engineer so I have a complete idea that this is a quiet severe problem and my battery must get replaced at any cost. Another problem is related to my kick. On 3rd servicing I did complain about my kick. While starting the vehicle using kick, the kick is getting stuck. The workers just poured some oil & gave my vehicle back. I want the kick problem solved immediately.

So many problems with my vehicle and the unsatisfying customer care is making me irritable and due to the situation I am getting annoyed.

Please kindly get me all faulty parts replaced immediately or I will have to take further steps necessary.
