Videocon /videocon ac
AC IS NOT WORKING FROM 13-11

Dear Sir / Madam

My self amit kumar residence of sonipat. I bought a window AC model (hot and cool) make videocon on 02-09 for my company for heating and cooling purpose of raw materials . but from 03-11 i have facing a problem in my AC that is not heating so i have lodge a complain on 3-11 at customer care and the complain no is KAR -0311110177 which was solve by engg. anil saini, after four days their engg came and inspect The AC they told me that their is problem in gas leakage in AC they will came tomorrow with gas . ok after two day they came and filled the required gas and they went back the problem was not solve. I again lodge a complain 19-12 the complain no is KAR 1912110111 . after that the engg came and inspect the product and said to me that the AC will inspect by engg from company so you should brought this AC to our care shop their we will inspect ..They told me that it will take one week to solve this problem.

The whole story i will explain if you will call me

i shall be very thankful to you if my complain will rectify soon.
