Not receiving phone and delivers refil cylinder after minimum ten days after the date of booking

We customers of ACME GAS AGENCY are facing problems with refiling cylinders and non responding to telephone calls.

Sir, I am customer no. 384 of Acme Gas Agency and since I a working member I face problems in booking the gas as the agency does not respond to phone calls made. Moreover, we are asked to book the cylinder after 21 days of refil delivery. Secondly, the gas booked is delivered after a minimum of 10 ten days after the booking date. It means a cycle period of more than a moth for a single cylinder. Sir, I request your goodself to look in the matter and help customer in this matte
