Misbehaviou by owner of showroom

I with my friend visited FIRST TIME to purchase Fabia or Octavia in the showroom i.e. Krishna Auto Sales 177 E, Indl Area1, Chandigarh. As we entered the show room we smell a lot of cigarette smoke in the exhibition hall. When we inquired from a sales man, he starts giving excuses. Soon a person (seems to be owner) came out of a room and challenges us that this is not a public place, i can smoke in my room. His behaviour was so arrogant that we came out of showroom without looking any car in the showroom. Nearly 10 people were sitting in the smoking environment with their mouth and nose shut. We were not treated as customer but insulted in front of many people. Then we visited next showroom of Toyota. Now when i saw any SKODA on road, it reflects a dirty and bad experience of skoda showroom every time. May god give good scenes to such type of persons.
