Sir,

Flight AI 716 from Dubai to Mumbai Dt. 16.11.2010 is delayed by 14 hours and we are not getting proper feedback from the Airport Official of Air India.

We fight for the accomodation on 16.11.2010 since from 2.00 p.m. and then finally they gave us room @ 6.30 p.m. on that day and that to one room with 2 bad against 4 tickets reservation.

They dont even care to call us on given nombers with a feel that customers who are on visitor visa will have a much troulbe in Dubai aftere leaving their hotels

After giving hotels and with a knowledge that flight has not even left Mmbai to reach Dubai they call us & compell to leave our hotel in morning @ 2.30 a.m. to reach airport and after completing imigaratio process they declared that flight is again delayed till 7.30 a.m. but on enquiry on information counter and then on net we found that flight has not left Mumbai. Why the staff putiing in trouble to all passengers and sone with kids have to stay at airport since long time.

No official is present to attend passenger and not even picking up phone when we tired to call them.

Even yesterday official were talking vary roudly with all passengers.

This creates bad impression on the mind of ohter country people and then they also neglect the Indian people this is our experience.
