UNJUSTIFIED DELAY IN CYLINDER DELIVERY

I am customer of Nisha Gas Agency, Warthi (Bhandara Road), Pin Code : 441 905 (M.S.)

Consumer No. 512, Gas Booking No. 2789/17.12.2011

On contacting to the agency, i am being replied as the cylinder has already been delivered on 24.12.

which is not correct as till date i have not received the cylinder. I have contacted and requested multiple times,

but being responded as they do not have any person for delivery, please come and take personally.

On further request, they agree to deliver but after multiple committments, the cylinder is yet to be delivered.

I am being harassed in multiple ways. Sometime, they suggest to come with registration book, after going

there, they say that it will be sent, but no use.

Having no other option in hand, i am forced to write you.

You are requested to look into the matter and take action amicably.
