Delaying in Receiving Backhoe loader machine

Hello Sir

I am Niraj Kapase. My father booked one Backhoe Loader machine form your company on 15nd of September. He booked that machine from Yashodhan Pvt Limited Kolhapur. (Mr. Panchal Dhanraj). He cleared payment on 15th of September by demand draft. After this completion of payment Mr Panchal told that you will get your machine ready on 22nd September and get your machine delivery at your hometown Shirdhon. But on that day machine didn't came. When my father asked about this Mr Panchal Informed that because of truck failure at Nashik their is some delay in receiving your machine. When he told this at that time he given a truck number "HR-38.E.4194" as well but he is totally lying. After this every time he is giving some reasons and delaying for delivery of the machine. Currently one and half month gone still machine didn't received so we are suffering lots of loss and tensions.

Please I am requesting you to take the proper action against this. And give the delivery of the machine as soon as possible.
