NITCO ROADWAYS
NOT DELVIER THE GOODS IN TME

Ello this is BALAJI J, I booked the clothes to Tirupur from Faridabad NITCO, on 30-may, 9 days passed but I did not receive the goods. I paid Rs 36000 on 30-may as cash at NITCO’s Faridabad Branch. Yet we did not receive the goods, we tried to speak with the Van driver but we could not speak to him. I met Mr. Prem Branch Manager for the NITCO Faridabad on 06-june, he told me that day “ it will be delivered on or before 07-june”, again I met him on 07-june at this he has given assurance for receiving the goods on 07-june mid night, even it also passed, again I met him on 08-june at NITCO’s Faridabad Branch at 12:45 noon he told me “I will talk to Owner of the vehicle and surely I will get back to you”. He did not contact me. I went to NITCO’s Faridabad Branch, I made phone call he told me Surely the goods will reach at tirupur midnight of 08-june. This is really a night mare. I have paid rupees twelve thousand extra for the fast service. I did not get any response from Faridabad branch.
