Noise at night

I live in a peaceful residential area at Basaveshwaranagar in Bangalore. Recently our neighbouring site was sold. we don't know the owner. He has rented out the small house which is on the site to some Ice Cream distributors. They have two trucks which are parked in side the compound and at night it is plugged on for charging. The trucks make loud noise and as the night advances the noise is so loud and unbearable and I can hardly sleep. Repeated requests to switch off the generator at night has fallen on deaf ears of the occupants. What is the option?
