Delay in gas delivery

Delay in home delivery of HP Gas (Refill Cylinder) M/s Noble Traders gas agency, Rajouri Garden, Delhi (India), Tel no. 253931019. I have booked through telephone (HP any time System) on dated 12/03 (boking id 260855) for refill gas cylinder. After long waiting and trial by phone nos.(which they never lifted) I visited personaly on 28.3.2012 to the shop then they assured that they will send the cylinder tommarow but they have not delivered. On 30.03.2012 I received a message that the delivery will be completed in next 48 hrs.but till 03.04.2012 morning cylinder has not been delivered. They are not picking up their land line phone nos., I tried more than 100 times.

Try on 01125931019/ 01125458269/ 01125179875 they will not pick the phone...

If the Gas Agency is not doing their job in well manner then i think, thier licence should be cancelled.
