Sir

I booked Activa Honda [DLX] purple color on 31.05.06 & paid token money Rs 1000/- vide receipt no 66360 dated 31.05.10 with the dealer ADVENT AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD-216, Mission compound, Near Ajmer Pulia, Ajmer Road, JAIPUR. I asked the dealer to deliver the vehicle on 04.06.10 as per my holy Muhurrat.

I paid full amount & asked dealer to give me the booked particular color Activa on 04.06.10. The dealer showed his inability to deliver the Activa & rood misbehaved with me & returned the amount to me.

Mentally and physically, I suffered a lot & could not gift the vehicle to my daughter.

I don't understand what is meant for booking of choice.

I am looking forward your justified responses in the matter within two day otherwise I would be forced to initiate legal action including CONSUMER FORM.
