Refill Delivery not in time

Dear Sir,

HP has started HP Anytime wherein one can book the refill through SMS. But HP does do not reply to the messages.

Our first cylinder got over on the 4th August. I tried to book through SMS service but no reply. Finally on 26th August the gas got booked.and received the refill of the 1st cylinder on 16th August. In this due time my 2nd cylinder is also over and now they are not taking any booking for the 2nd cylinder.

the agency says after 21 days only we can book the 2nd cylinder.
