Misbehaviour by the staff, lack of customer care

Adlakaha gas agency, Sector-9, faridabad...

this agency is the most pathetic in terms of customer care, delivery and even surrender... i have been associated with this agency for last 5yrs but not a single time when i have not had to make 40calls each time i had to book my gas which again never will be ever delivered on time... the staff handling the calls including females have a pathetic attitude... politeness n polishness are not the words found in their dictionary... manager n other staff of this agency have no courtesy to wards women customer... these are the people who cause shame to this country's pride... they have no respect for anyone's time..i think such agency is a shame for the other counterparts also... immediate inspection should be done of this respective agency and the staff should be given a strict course in customer service... im glad that my association with this agency has ended..
