Non delivery after due date

I am p.prathap .i have booked classic350 royal enfield on august 1.receipt number 39243, black colour, at kayjee engineers, minister road, secunderabad.i was given a due date for 10months that got expired on june 1.it has been 2 months since the expiry of due date but the company has not bothered to deliver my vehicle.i am considering legal option to approach consumer forum if not delivered immediately.my mobile no 9966618002.
