Complaint against some illetrate daily passengers

I am a daily passenger of norther railways. Now a days some illeterate passengers from Nangloi, visiting daily, are of very bad habits like standing on entry gate of the compartment, talking with bad language with each other, whistling after looking any lady out side the train, spitting during running train and nobody can object them because they are in groups and ready to fight with the objector.

I reauest to the GRP/RPF staff to take notice regarding this to enable a normal person's sister/daughter/wife/mother to travel safely by train.
