Reservation and Sitting System is bad in Reserved Coach (S1, S2, S3)

Dear Sir/Madam.

This is regarding the seating arrangement in 2S Class in Train Number 12413 that starts from Ajmer for Jammu Tawi.

Passangers who book their tickets thorugh reservation for second sitting gets their seat number and are eligible to sit in coach S1, S2, S3 that are used for second sitting in this train.

But there is no control on other passangers who are having General tickets and come in these coach (S1, S2, S3) and occupy the reserved seats of passangers who are having reservation.

When TT comes for ticket check, he takes 20 or 30 Rs from passangers who are in the coach and sitting on reserved seats and confirmed them to sit in reserved coach (S1, S2, S3).

TT is not at all asking those General Tickets Pasangers to shift to another general coach. So, there are always big fight in passangers who are having reservation and having general tickets.

This scenario is in this train only as there is no control of Railway Police and TT in these reserved coach.

There are always arround 150 peoples in each reserved Coach (S1, S2, S3) and this is very hectic to travel in this train.

Even at any stopage, this is very typical to get down from the train coach to station. Most of the times, peoples left their luggage or kids sometie then they pull the chain and train gets late.

In this matter, TT and Railway Police should be strict but in this train TT are always taking money as they demand from general Ticket passangers and allow them to sit in reserved coach.

So, request to Railway Department to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
