Not made the delivery of the vehicle

I had booked royal enfield desert storm on 25/01 they had promised me to deliver the vehicle within 4 to 6 months but still now they have not delivered. They don t have a common responsibility to call us know and let us know the issue so i went to the showroom to check why it was delay and the representative there did not respond to me told me to come after 2 more months. I have the bill with me. Please anybody help me.
