Consistent delay in sending gas cylinde

We are consistently facing delay, in getting gas cylinder from Nripro Gas Agency (Munirka). Sometimes, the agents are not bothered enough, to book the gas cylinder. I booked the cylinder with them, on 1st of feb. but so far haven't received it. In between, I phoned them several times but of no use. This has happened in the past as well, causing us much distress and frustation wherein we had to go without cooking at home.
