Delivery of Cylinder not on time always

There always been delivery of cylinder on given date. Every month u need to call them continously everyday to chk whether they have dispatch the cylinder. The people chk with eachother is the vehicle left for tardeo today. Than they will inform you not today will come tomorrow. Again if you call tom they will no madam the vehicle won't come today will be delivered tom. So their tom never comes. I think if you are service industry this is not the pattern of working. I would strongly like to complaint against them. As other people are also suffering, but no one is taking action against it.
