On 09/05 we took our car to Ken Towery’s AutoCare 11300 Westport Rd. Louisville KY, 40241 for service on our air condition. We were told they could fix it.
After 2 days of paying for a rental car, we were informed they could not fix our car and that we needed to take it to a dealer. They then charged us $300.02 for basically nothing. When my husband picked our car up, the counter person replied (we got you all fixed up). My husband then replied no you don’t.
You didn’t fix our air condition & are charging me for nothing. The counter person then replied (my bad) and I have to say it was their bad! I will post this all over the computer for everyone to see, in the hope no one else will be ripped off by this terrible establishment again!
